 Words and phrases like "hypocritical," "insensitive," "old-fashioned," "out of touch with reality," "boring," and "judgmental," are often used by young adults when speaking of Christianity. And these negative perceptions are not just held by young adults, but by many people outside the Church. We must be honest with ourselves, however, and realize many of these descriptions are often more than perceptions, they are reality.
This month we will be looking at the serious questions young adults have about Christianity and the Christians they know. We will attempt to answer those questions while helping Christians to be more like Christ. Join us this January at Willow View as we examine "When Christians Get It Wrong."
Worship Cancellation Policy
When the weather is bad please note that our worship services will not be cancelled if Pastor Lesly and/or Pastor James are able to get to the church. If you have questions regarding worship service times please call the church office and listen to the answering machine message. We will do our best to clear the ice and snow, but because of the poor drainage in our parking lot and the ice accumulation at our front doors if you cannot sustain a fall please feel free to stay at home if it is icy or snowy.
