Willow View Church in Enid, Oklahoma, is seeking a Children’s Ministries Director to serve the about 75 to 90 children in our church families. Full-time or part-time possible.
Competitive pay ($40K to $50K for full-time role). Full-time compensation plan includes salary plus benefits and paid time off.

About the positon
The Children’s Ministries Director is responsible for all aspects of ensuring the spiritual growth and development of children ages birth through 5th grade in a fun and inviting environment for children and their families.
The director will recruit, train, equip and empower volunteers to carry out varied ministries including Sunday School classes, children’s church, midweek programming, camps and special events. This will involve frequent communication with children’s ministry volunteers, staff, children and parents.

We are seeking someone who
Has an active, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and overall knowledge of the Bible.
- Understands the stages of child development, learning and teaching methods, and use of age-appropriate activities and materials.
- Shows initiative and creativity in ministry, seeking new and contemporary ways to reach new children and families.
- Is comfortable using digital technology as part of your ministry, including use of social media and creative software.
- Can create an environment that attracts families and new volunteers, recruiting new people into children’s ministry.

With more than 200 people attending Sunday worship services, Willow View is a classic community church featuring a broad spectrum of ages and backgrounds among church families. We are traditional in our view of Biblical truth, but we are open to non-traditional worship styles and faith experiences. Weekly children’s activities are focused on Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings.
The Willow View Church building is contemporary and located on a small acreage in a residential area on the outskirts of Enid, population 50,000.
