Small Groups and Bible Studies

It’s about growing together and growing closer to God.  Willow View’s small group ministries continue to grow and become stronger with various women’s Bible studies, Emmaus reunion groups, topical studies, short-term groups and Disciple Bible study groups meeting throughout the year. Contact the church office for more information on the groups currently meeting.

Community In Christ

This class is a group of active adults who look to topical studies and robust group discussion for guidance as we work through the challenges of daily life. Our studies have a common theme – a Biblical character, books of the Bible, or faith practices such as prayer. Our class focuses on life application of God’s word for us.

A wonderful class typically focusing on the mixture of faith and culture. This Baby Boomer dominated class is perfect for those with a desire to discuss various topics in a probing manner. This group tends to have a more open approach to faith issues.

A class centered around Bible studies with a strong emphasis on discipleship. There is open discussion in the largely older adult group. This group tends to have a more conservative approach to faith issues.

This young-adult class is geared toward reaching couples in their mid-30s and younger. They use a variety of curriculum that often deals with family/couples issues.

This discussion oriented class focuses primarily on contemporary studies by popular Christian authors. The class is a middle-aged class with ages of participants ranging in their mid-40s to late their late 60s.
